There is a manufacturer in the UK distributing a “Copy Cat Solo Starter Product”. The U.K. manufacturer’s products display the same trademark symbol as DocZ’s original Solo starter products trademark.   


                   



DocZ’s trademark currently in use looks like this with the only difference being (R) is now displayed on the trademark where TM was previously displayed.





Note that the background color of where the image is placed is not important.

The U.K. manufacturer does have the legal right to use the same trademarked symbol in the U.K. because they did apply for and receive trademark protection with the same symbol for use in the U.K.

The UK manufacturer was a distributor of the “Original Solo Starter” patented by DocZ, but no longer distributes or supports the product.

The “Copy Cat Solo Starter Product” may look similar in color (yellow) to DocZ’s “Original Solo Starter” and display Doc’Z’s trademarked logo too, but it is not the same product.

The UK manufacturer applied for a trademark in the UK, using the same logo that DocZ had already trademarked in the United States, but had not trademarked in the UK.

DocZ’s trademark appears on products throughout the world and the trademark cannot be used by any other United States based business, due to trademark protection issued for the United States.

Unfortunately, the UK manufacturer has created some customer confusion with product support by using the same trademark as DocZ’s product logo. in another country, the U.K.

Before purchasing any used bump starter, roller starter, solo starter or “Solo Dyna Systems^(R) Starter”, be sure to review the images at this site and the referenced above site before checking in with DocZ in the U.S.A. to verify that you are acquiring an “Original DocZ International Solo Starter”.
